Golf exercise classes

We run exercise classes to help improve your golf.   Improving your physical profile will result in less injury and improved technique and performance.   The class is a run in a circuits type basis and exercise stations can be tailored to suit each clients needs.   Whether you want to improve your flexibility, strength, power or clubhead speed we are here to help identify your needs and come up with a plan to achieve them as quick and with minimal effort as possible.   We have been doing some innovative work on clubhead speed using a combination of gym, speedsticks ( and trakman.   We have been seeing increases in club head speed from 5-15 mph.   Classes run weekly.
