We offer a fantastic service for runners. Our physiotherapist has 11 years of experience treating running injuries and has recently completed a running and agility course run by UK Strength and Conditioning Association. He has also attended podiatry

biomechanics course run by biomechanics guru Paul Harradine. You can have your injury examined as well as having your running assessed on our treadmill with slow motion video camera. The biggest cause of running injuries is not sticking to a well planned program. So find a good running program before you embark on your training for this spring. Generally it will build up running volume by 10% each week with hard days interspersed with easy days. If you do find yourself struggling with a niggling injury then a physio assesment and intervention will give you a chance of keeping you on track.
